As a historian with a penchant for Central European medieval architecture, my recent family stay at Travel Hostel in Český Krumlov was an enchanting experience. Situated just a 3-minute walk from the main square, this hostel provided the perfect base for exploring the town's historic sites.Upon arrival, we were delighted to find a new, well-equipped kitchen and impeccably clean accommodations. The friendly staff, with their special sense of humor, made us feel right at home. One particular highlight was the welcoming atmosphere for families, including our youngest member—a child under 6 years old. The hostel's proximity to various dining options, including a vegetarian restaurant just steps away, catered well to our diverse tastes.Our family thoroughly enjoyed the charming terraces, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Despite encountering a few minor imperfections, our overall stay was truly memorable. I would highly recommend Travel Hostel to fellow travelers seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, especially those with young children looking for a family-friendly accommodation option in the heart of Český Krumlov.
